How to archive mails in outlook webmail
Archiving emails in Outlook Web Mail is a great way to keep your inbox organized and free up space. Here's how to do it:
Method 1: Using the "Archive" button
- Log in to your Outlook Web Mail account.
- Select the email you want to archive by checking the box next to it.
- Click on the "Archive" button located in the top toolbar.
- Confirm that you want to archive the selected emails by clicking "Archive" in the pop-up window.
Method 2: Using the "Move to" feature
- Log in to your Outlook Web Mail account.
- Select the email you want to archive by checking the box next to it.
- Click on the "Move" button located in the top toolbar.
- In the "Move to" dropdown menu, select "Archive" from the list of options.
- Confirm that you want to move the selected emails to the archive by clicking "Move" in the pop-up window.
