How to assign rule to workflow mail step in sap
In SAP, you can assign a rule to a workflow mail step by following these steps:
Prerequisites:
- You have created a workflow in SAP.
- You have created a mail step in the workflow.
- You have created a rule in the SAP system (using the
SE37
transaction code).
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Go to the workflow editor by navigating to
SAP Easy Access
>Workflows
>Edit Workflow
(or use the transaction codeST03N
). - Select the workflow and click on the
Edit
button. - In the workflow editor, navigate to the mail step where you want to assign a rule.
- Click on the
Properties
button (represented by a gear icon) next to the mail step. - In the
Properties
window, click on theRule
tab. - Click on the
Assign Rule
button. - In the
Assign Rule
window, select the rule you created earlier (using theSE37
transaction code) from the list of available rules. - Click on the
OK
button to assign the rule to the mail step.

- Go to the workflow editor by navigating to

Tips:
