How to attach another mail in outlook

In Outlook, you can attach another email to a new email or a reply email by following these steps:

Method 1: Attach an email to a new email

  1. Open a new email window in Outlook by clicking on the "New Email" button in the Home tab or by pressing Ctrl + Shift + E.
  2. Compose your email as usual.
  3. Click on the "Insert" tab in the ribbon.
  4. Click on "Attach File" in the "Include" group.
  5. In the "Insert File" dialog box, select "Outlook Items" from the file type dropdown menu.
  6. Browse to the email you want to attach and select it.
  7. Click "Insert" to attach the email to your new email.

Method 2: Attach an email to a reply email

  1. Open a reply email window in Outlook by clicking on the "Reply" button in the Home tab or by pressing Ctrl + R.
  2. Compose your reply email as usual.
  3. Click on the "Insert" tab in the ribbon.
  4. Click on "Attach File" in the "Include" group.
  5. In the "Insert File" dialog box, select "Outlook Items" from the file type dropdown menu.
  6. Browse to the email you want to attach and select it.
  7. Click "Insert" to attach the email to your reply email.

Method 3: Use the "Attach Item" button

  1. Open a new email window or reply email window in Outlook.
  2. Click on the "Attach Item" button in the "Include" group of the "Insert" tab.
  3. In the "Attach Item" dialog box, select "Outlook Items" from the file type dropdown menu.
  4. Browse to the email you want to attach and select it.
  5. Click "OK" to attach the email to your email.

Once you've attached an email, you can edit it as needed before sending it. Note that the attached email will be displayed as a separate attachment in the email body, and the recipient will be able to open and view it as a separate email.
