How to attach outlook mail in another email

You can attach an Outlook email to another email by using the "Attach file" or "Attach item" feature in Outlook. Here are the steps:

Method 1: Attach an Outlook email as a file

  1. Open the email you want to attach to another email.
  2. Click on the "File" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on "Save As" and select "Outlook Email Attachment" (.eml) as the file type.
  4. Choose a location to save the file and click "Save".
  5. Open the email you want to attach the Outlook email to.
  6. Click on the "Attach file" button in the ribbon or use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+A".
  7. Navigate to the location where you saved the Outlook email file and select it.
  8. Click "Open" to attach the file to the email.

Method 2: Attach an Outlook email as an item

  1. Open the email you want to attach to another email.
  2. Click on the "Insert" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on "Insert Item" and select "Outlook Email" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Select the Outlook email you want to attach from the "Insert Item" dialog box.
  5. Click "OK" to insert the Outlook email as an item in the email you're composing.

Method 3: Use the "Forward as Attachment" feature
