How to attach signature in windows live mail 2012

A blast from the past! Windows Live Mail 2012 is an older email client, but I'll guide you through attaching a signature in it.

To attach a signature in Windows Live Mail 2012:

  1. Open Windows Live Mail 2012 and go to the "Mail" tab.
  2. Click on the "Options" button in the top-right corner of the window.
  3. In the "Options" window, click on the "Compose" tab.
  4. Scroll down to the "Signature" section.
  5. Click on the "Signature" button to open the "Signature Editor".
  6. In the "Signature Editor", you can type or paste your signature text.
  7. You can also format your signature using the available tools, such as font, size, and color.
  8. To add a logo or image to your signature, click on the "Insert" button and select "Picture".
  9. Browse to the location of your image file and select it.
  10. Adjust the image size and position as needed.
  11. Click "OK" to save your signature.
  12. Back in the "Options" window, click "OK" to save your changes.

Now, when you compose a new email, your signature will be automatically appended to the bottom of the message.

Note: If you want to use a template for your signature, you can create a new email with the desired layout and content, then save it as a template. To do this, go to "File" > "Save As" and select "Email Template" as the file type. Then, in the "Options" window, click on the "Compose" tab and select the template from the "Signature" dropdown menu.
