How to attach signature in windows live mail 2012
A blast from the past! Windows Live Mail 2012 is an older email client, but I'll guide you through attaching a signature in it.
To attach a signature in Windows Live Mail 2012:
- Open Windows Live Mail 2012 and go to the "Mail" tab.
- Click on the "Options" button in the top-right corner of the window.
- In the "Options" window, click on the "Compose" tab.
- Scroll down to the "Signature" section.
- Click on the "Signature" button to open the "Signature Editor".
- In the "Signature Editor", you can type or paste your signature text.
- You can also format your signature using the available tools, such as font, size, and color.
- To add a logo or image to your signature, click on the "Insert" button and select "Picture".
- Browse to the location of your image file and select it.
- Adjust the image size and position as needed.
- Click "OK" to save your signature.
- Back in the "Options" window, click "OK" to save your changes.
Now, when you compose a new email, your signature will be automatically appended to the bottom of the message.
Note: If you want to use a template for your signature, you can create a new email with the desired layout and content, then save it as a template. To do this, go to "File" > "Save As" and select "Email Template" as the file type. Then, in the "Options" window, click on the "Compose" tab and select the template from the "Signature" dropdown menu.
