How to block an email address on outlook mail

To block an email address on Outlook Mail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Block an email address using the "Junk" folder

  1. Open Outlook Mail and go to the "Junk" folder.
  2. Find the email from the sender you want to block in the "Junk" folder.
  3. Right-click on the email and select "Junk" > "Block" > "Block this sender".
  4. Confirm that you want to block the sender by clicking "OK".

Method 2: Block an email address using the "Safe Senders" list

  1. Open Outlook Mail and go to the "Settings" icon (looks like a gear) in the top right corner.
  2. Click on "View all Outlook settings".
  3. Scroll down to the "Mail" section and click on "Blocked senders".
  4. Click on "Add" and enter the email address you want to block.
  5. Click "Add" to add the email address to the blocked senders list.
