To block emails on Outlook Mail on your iPhone, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Block an email sender

  1. Open the Outlook Mail app on your iPhone.
  2. Go to the "Inbox" or the folder where the email from the sender you want to block is located.
  3. Tap and hold on the email from the sender you want to block until a menu appears.
  4. Tap "More" and then "Block [Sender's Email Address]".
  5. Confirm that you want to block the sender by tapping "Block" again.

Method 2: Block an email address

  1. Open the Outlook Mail app on your iPhone.
  2. Go to the "Settings" icon (looks like a gear) and tap on it.
