How to block emal on mail app desktop

To block an email address on the Mail app on your desktop, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Block sender's email address

  1. Open the Mail app on your desktop.
  2. Click on the email from the sender you want to block.
  3. Click on the "Junk" button in the top right corner of the email.
  4. Click on "Block" in the dropdown menu.
  5. Confirm that you want to block the sender by clicking "Block" in the pop-up window.

Method 2: Block sender's email address from the Junk folder

  1. Open the Mail app on your desktop.
  2. Go to the "Junk" folder.
  3. Find the email from the sender you want to block.
  4. Right-click on the email and select "Block" from the context menu.
  5. Confirm that you want to block the sender by clicking "Block" in the pop-up window.

Method 3: Block sender's email address from the Settings

  1. Open the Mail app on your desktop.
  2. Click on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear) in the top right corner of the window.
  3. Click on "Accounts" and then select the account you want to block the sender for.
  4. Click on "Junk Email" and then select "Blocked Senders".
