How to block particular mail in outllok in desktop application

In Outlook desktop application, you can block particular mail by using the "Junk Email" feature or by creating a rule to move the email to a specific folder. Here are the steps:

Method 1: Using Junk Email

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click on the "Junk" button in the "Move" group.
  3. Select "Junk Email" from the dropdown menu.
  4. In the "Junk Email Options" window, click on the "Safe Senders" tab.
  5. Click on the "Add" button and enter the email address or domain you want to block.
  6. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Method 2: Creating a Rule

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click on the "Rules" button in the "Move" group.
  3. Select "Manage Rules & Alerts" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on the "New Rule" button.
  5. Select "Start from a blank rule" and then "Check messages when they arrive".
