Method 3: Block a sender from the email headers

  1. Open Apple Mail and select the email from the sender you want to block.
  2. Click on the "View" menu at the top of the screen and select "Message" > "Message Source".
  3. In the message source window, click on the "From" header and drag it to the "Block" tab at the bottom of the window.
  4. Release the mouse button to drop the "From" header into the "Block" tab.
  5. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Once you've blocked a sender, Apple Mail will automatically move any future emails from that sender to the "Junk" mailbox. You can also use the "Junk" menu to mark emails as "Not Junk" if you accidentally block a legitimate sender.
