  4. Select "Block [sender's email]" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Confirm that you want to block the sender by clicking "Block" in the pop-up window.

  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  5. Click on "Create a new filter" at the bottom of the page.
  6. Enter the sender's email address in the "From" field.
  7. Click "Create filter" and select "Block" from the dropdown menu.

Once you block a sender, any future emails from that sender will be automatically marked as spam and moved to the Spam folder. You can also report the email as spam by clicking on the "Report spam" button in the email header.

Note: Blocking a sender only blocks emails from that specific sender, not from the entire domain or organization. If you want to block an entire domain or organization, you'll need to use a different method, such as using a third-party email client or a spam filter.
