Method 1: Block sender's email address

  1. Open Apple Mail on your Mac or iOS device.
  2. Go to the "Mail" menu and select "Preferences" (on Mac) or "Settings" (on iOS).
  3. Click on the "Accounts" tab (on Mac) or "Accounts & Passwords" tab (on iOS).
  4. Select the email account you want to block the sender from.
