How to call back mail in mail app windows

To call back a mail in the Mail app on Windows, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the Mail app on your Windows device.
  2. Find the email you want to call back in your inbox or other folders.
  3. Right-click on the email message and select "Call" or "Call back" from the context menu. This option may not be available if the email does not contain a phone number.
  4. If the "Call" option is not available, you can try clicking on the "More" menu (three dots) next to the reply button and select "Call" from the dropdown menu.
  5. If you have a phone number saved in your contacts, you can also click on the "Contacts" button next to the reply button and select the contact with the phone number you want to call.
  6. Once you select the "Call" option, the Mail app will open the Windows Phone app (if installed) or the Skype app (if installed) with the phone number dialed.

Note: The "Call" option may not be available if the email does not contain a phone number or if the email is not from a contact in your contacts list.

Alternatively, you can also use the "Call" button in the email header to call back the sender. To do this:

  1. Open the email message.
  2. Click on the "Call" button in the email header next to the sender's name or phone number.
  3. The Mail app will open the Windows Phone app (if installed) or the Skype app (if installed) with the phone number dialed.

Note: The "Call" button may not be available if the email does not contain a phone number or if the email is not from a contact in your contacts list.
