How to call back outlook mail
To call back an Outlook email, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "Reply" feature
- Open Outlook and go to the email you want to call back.
- Click on the "Reply" button in the top right corner of the email window.
- In the "Reply" window, type your response in the body of the email.
- Click on the "Send" button to send your response back to the original sender.
Method 2: Using the "Reply All" feature
