How to cancel lirr mail and ride

To cancel your LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) Mail and Ride subscription, you can follow these steps:

Online Cancellation

1. Go to the LIRR website at www.mta.info/lirr.
2. Click on "Plan Your Trip" and then select "Mail and Ride" from the drop-down menu.
3. Log in to your account using your username and password.
4. Click on "My Account" and then select "Mail and Ride" from the menu.
5. Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.

Phone Cancellation

1. Call the LIRR Customer Service Center at (511) or (718) 217-5477.
2. Tell the representative that you would like to cancel your Mail and Ride subscription.
3. Provide your account information, including your name, address, and subscription details.
4. Confirm the cancellation with the representative.

Mail Cancellation

1. Write a letter to the LIRR Mail and Ride Program, requesting cancellation of your subscription.
