How to cancel mail+
To cancel Mail+ (formerly known as Mailbox), you'll need to follow these steps:
Method 1: Cancel through the Mail+ App
- Open the Mail+ app on your iOS or Android device.
- Tap on the three horizontal lines () in the top left corner to access the menu.
- Tap on "Settings" (or "Preferences" on Android).
- Scroll down to the "Account" section.
- Tap on "Cancel Subscription".
- Confirm that you want to cancel your subscription by tapping "Cancel Subscription" again.
Method 2: Cancel through the App Store or Google Play Store
- Open the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android) on your device.
- Tap on your profile picture or account icon in the top right corner.
- Tap on "Subscriptions" (or "Subscriptions & Services" on iOS).
- Find Mail+ in the list of subscriptions and tap on it.
- Tap on "Cancel Subscription" (or "Cancel" on iOS).
- Confirm that you want to cancel your subscription by tapping "Cancel Subscription" again.
Method 3: Cancel through the Mail+ Website
- Go to the Mail+ website (www.mailplus.com) on your computer or mobile browser.
- Sign in to your Mail+ account.
- Click on your profile picture or account icon in the top right corner.
- Click on "Account" (or "Settings" on some browsers).
- Scroll down to the "Subscription" section.
- Click on "Cancel Subscription".
- Confirm that you want to cancel your subscription by clicking "Cancel Subscription" again.
After canceling your subscription, you'll still be able to use Mail+ until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will expire, and you won't be charged again.
