How to carbon copy in mail merge

In a mail merge, you can carbon copy (CC) or blind carbon copy (BCC) recipients by using the following steps:

Carbon Copy (CC)

  1. In your mail merge document, go to the "Recipient" section and click on the "Options" button.
  2. In the "Options" dialog box, click on the "CC" tab.
  3. In the "CC" tab, enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to CC in the "CC" field.
