How to change mail id in ssc

To change your email ID in SSC (Staff Selection Commission), you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Through SSC Website

1. Go to the SSC website (www.ssc.nic.in) and log in to your account using your username and password.
2. Click on the "My Profile" tab and then click on "Edit Profile".
3. Scroll down to the "Email ID" section and click on the "Edit" button.
4. Enter your new email ID and confirm it by re-entering it in the "Confirm Email ID" field.
5. Click on the "Save Changes" button to update your email ID.

Method 2: Through SSC Mobile App

1. Download and install the SSC Mobile App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Log in to the app using your username and password.
3. Tap on the "My Profile" tab and then tap on "Edit Profile".
4. Scroll down to the "Email ID" section and tap on the "Edit" button.
5. Enter your new email ID and confirm it by re-entering it in the "Confirm Email ID" field.
6. Tap on the "Save Changes" button to update your email ID.

Method 3: Through SSC Helpdesk

1. Contact the SSC Helpdesk through email at [email protected] or through phone at 011-2333-8811.
2. Provide your old email ID, new email ID, and a valid reason for changing your email ID.
3. The SSC Helpdesk will verify your request and update your email ID accordingly.

Important Notes:

• You can change your email ID only once in a year.
• You will receive an email notification from SSC to your new email ID once the change is made.
• Make sure to update your email ID in all relevant places, including your bank account, if you have linked it with SSC.
