How to change outlook mail name

To change your Outlook mail name, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Change your display name in Outlook

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
  2. Click on "Account Settings" (in Outlook 2010 and 2013) or "Account Options" (in Outlook 2016 and later).
  3. Click on "Account Settings" (in Outlook 2010 and 2013) or "Manage Accounts" (in Outlook 2016 and later).
  4. Select your email account from the list of accounts.
  5. Click on "Properties" (in Outlook 2010 and 2013) or "Edit" (in Outlook 2016 and later).
  6. In the "User Information" tab, enter your new display name in the "Your Name" field.
