How to change reply mail on gmail

To change the reply mail settings on Gmail, follow these steps:

Method 1: Change the reply-to address for a specific conversation

  1. Open the conversation you want to change the reply-to address for.
  2. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the conversation.
  3. Select "Reply to: [Name]" from the dropdown menu.
  4. In the "Reply to" field, enter the new email address you want to use as the reply-to address.
  5. Click "Save" to save the changes.

Method 2: Change the default reply-to address for all conversations

  1. Sign in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the "General" tab.
  5. Under "Reply to sender", select the radio button next to "Use my default reply-to address".
  6. Enter the new email address you want to use as the default reply-to address in the "Default reply-to address" field.
  7. Click "Save Changes" to save the changes.

Method 3: Change the reply-to address for a specific contact

  1. Open the contact's profile by clicking on their name in the contacts list.
