How to change reply mail on gmail
To change the reply mail settings on Gmail, follow these steps:
Method 1: Change the reply-to address for a specific conversation
- Open the conversation you want to change the reply-to address for.
- Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the conversation.
- Select "Reply to: [Name]" from the dropdown menu.
- In the "Reply to" field, enter the new email address you want to use as the reply-to address.
- Click "Save" to save the changes.
Method 2: Change the default reply-to address for all conversations
- Sign in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon at the top right corner of the page.
- Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the "General" tab.
- Under "Reply to sender", select the radio button next to "Use my default reply-to address".
- Enter the new email address you want to use as the default reply-to address in the "Default reply-to address" field.
- Click "Save Changes" to save the changes.
Method 3: Change the reply-to address for a specific contact
- Open the contact's profile by clicking on their name in the contacts list.
- Click on the "Edit" button next to the contact's name.
- Scroll down to the "Reply to" field and enter the new email address you want to use as the reply-to address for this contact.
- Click "Save" to save the changes.
Note: If you want to change the reply-to address for all contacts, you can do so by following Method 2 and selecting "Use my default reply-to address" under the "General" tab.
