How to change subject in gmail

To change the subject of an email in Gmail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Edit the subject while composing a new email

  1. Open Gmail and click on the "Compose" button to start a new email.
  2. Type in the recipient's email address and any other details you want to include.
  3. In the subject line, type in the new subject you want to use.
  4. Click on the "Send" button to send the email.

Method 2: Edit the subject of an existing email

  1. Open Gmail and find the email you want to edit.
  2. Click on the email to open it.
  3. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email.
  4. Select "Edit" from the dropdown menu.
  5. In the subject line, type in the new subject you want to use.
  6. Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.

Method 3: Use the "Move to" feature to change the subject

  1. Open Gmail and find the email you want to edit.
