How to change vips in mac mail

To change the VIPs (Very Important People) in Mac Mail, follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Mail app

  1. Open the Mail app on your Mac.
  2. Click on the "Mail" menu at the top of the screen and select "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + Comma).
  3. In the Preferences window, click on the "Accounts" tab.
  4. Select the account you want to modify from the list of accounts on the left.
  5. Click on the "VIPs" tab.
  6. Click the "+" button at the bottom of the window to add a new VIP.
  7. Enter the email address of the person you want to add as a VIP.
  8. Click "Add" to add the VIP to the list.
  9. To remove a VIP, select their email address from the list and click the "-" button.

Method 2: Using the Contacts app

  1. Open the Contacts app on your Mac.
  2. Select the contact you want to add as a VIP.
  3. Click on the "Edit" button at the top of the window.
  4. Scroll down to the "Mail" section.
  5. Check the box next to "VIP" to mark the contact as a VIP.
