How to change yahoo mail to ymail

A blast from the past! Ymail was a free email service offered by Yahoo! from 2008 to 2013. While Ymail is no longer a separate email service, you can still use your existing Yahoo! Mail account to access your emails using the Ymail domain. Here's how:

Method 1: Access Ymail using your existing Yahoo! Mail account

  1. Log in to your Yahoo! Mail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the "More Settings" section.
  5. Click on "Account Info."
  6. Look for the "Alternate Email Address" section.
  7. Click on the "Add" button next to "Alternate Email Address."
  8. Enter "@ymail.com" as the new email address.
  9. Click "Save" to save the changes.

Now, you can access your Yahoo! Mail account using both "@yahoo.com" and "@ymail.com" email addresses.

Method 2: Forward Ymail emails to your Yahoo! Mail account

If you still have an active Ymail account, you can forward emails from Ymail to your Yahoo! Mail account. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your Ymail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the "More Settings" section.
  5. Click on "Forwarding" under the "Account" section.
  6. Enter your Yahoo! Mail email address in the "Forward to" field.
  7. Select "Forward" as the forwarding option.
  8. Click "Save" to save the changes.

Now, all emails sent to your Ymail address will be forwarded to your Yahoo! Mail account.

Please note that Ymail is no longer a separate email service, and you won't be able to create new Ymail accounts. However, you can still use the methods above to access your existing Ymail account or forward emails from Ymail to your Yahoo! Mail account.
