How to change your email on mac mail

To change your email account settings in Mac Mail, follow these steps:

Method 1: Change Email Account Settings

  1. Open Mac Mail by clicking on the Mail icon in the Dock or by searching for "Mail" in Spotlight.
  2. Click on the "Mail" menu at the top of the screen and select "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + Comma).
  3. In the Preferences window, select the email account you want to change from the list on the left.
  4. Click on the "Account" tab.
  5. Click on the "Edit" button next to "Account Information".
  6. Enter your new email address and password in the respective fields.
  7. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Method 2: Remove and Re-add Email Account

  1. Open Mac Mail by clicking on the Mail icon in the Dock or by searching for "Mail" in Spotlight.
