How to check mail sent or not in my mail

There are a few ways to check if an email has been sent or not:

Method 1: Check the Send/Receive button

  1. Open your email client (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail).
  2. Compose a new email and enter the recipient's email address.
  3. Click the Send button.
  4. Wait for a few seconds.
  5. Check the Send/Receive button (usually located at the top of the screen). If the button is no longer highlighted or has changed to "Sent" or "Delivered", it means the email has been sent successfully.

Method 2: Check the Email Client's Sent Folder

  1. Open your email client.
  2. Click on the "Sent" or "Sent Items" folder (usually located in the left-hand menu).
  3. Look for the email you just sent. If it's in the Sent folder, it means it was sent successfully.

Method 3: Check the Email Server's Status

  1. Log in to your email account's web interface (e.g., Gmail's web interface).
  2. Check the "Sent" or "Outbox" folder.
  3. Look for the email you just sent. If it's in the Sent folder, it means it was sent successfully.

Method 4: Use the "Delivery Status Notification" (DSN)

  1. Some email providers (like Gmail) offer a DSN feature that sends a notification to your email account when an email is delivered or bounced.
  2. Check your email account's spam or junk folder for a notification from the recipient's email provider.

Method 5: Use a Third-Party Email Tracking Tool

  1. There are various third-party email tracking tools available (e.g., Mailtrack, Yesware, Streak).
  2. These tools can track the delivery status of your emails and provide you with detailed reports.

Remember that email delivery can take some time, and it's not always possible to know for certain whether an email has been sent or not. However, by using one or more of these methods, you can increase the chances of determining whether your email has been sent successfully.
