How to check my junk mail in gmail
In Gmail, you can check your junk mail by following these steps:
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "More" menu at the top of the page.
- Select "Junk" from the dropdown menu.
- This will take you to the "Junk" folder, where you can view and manage your junk emails.
Alternatively, you can also check your junk mail by using the following keyboard shortcut:
- Press the "J" key on your keyboard to quickly jump to the "Junk" folder.
In the "Junk" folder, you can:
- View the emails that have been marked as junk by Gmail's filters.
- Mark emails as "Not junk" if you believe they were incorrectly flagged as junk.
- Report emails as spam if you think they are actually spam and should be blocked in the future.
- Delete emails that you no longer need or want.
Note that Gmail's junk mail filter is designed to automatically move suspected spam emails to the "Junk" folder, but it's not perfect and may occasionally misclassify legitimate emails as junk. If you find that legitimate emails are being incorrectly flagged as junk, you can help train Gmail's filters by marking them as "Not junk" or reporting them as spam.
