How to check whether a mail is delivered in gmail
In Gmail, you can check whether a mail has been delivered by following these steps:
Method 1: Check the "Delivered" label
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Inbox" tab.
- Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select "Show search options" from the dropdown menu.
- In the search bar, type
has:delivered
and press Enter. - This will show you all the emails that have been delivered to your inbox.
Method 2: Check the "Delivery Status"
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Inbox" tab.
- Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select "Show search options" from the dropdown menu.
- In the search bar, type
deliverystatus:delivered
and press Enter. - This will show you all the emails that have been delivered to your inbox.
Method 3: Check the "Message Details"
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the email you want to check.
- Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email.
- Select "Show original" from the dropdown menu.
- In the "Message Details" section, look for the "Delivered-To" field. If it's populated, it means the email has been delivered to your inbox.
Note: These methods only work if the sender has enabled delivery status notifications for their emails. Not all senders do this, so these methods may not always work.
