How to clear mails in gmail
Here are the steps to clear emails in Gmail:
Method 1: Delete all emails in a label
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the label you want to clear (e.g., "Inbox", "Spam", etc.).
- Click on the "Select all" checkbox at the top left corner of the page.
- Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu and select "Delete forever".
- Confirm that you want to delete all selected conversations.
Method 2: Delete all emails in a specific date range
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Search" bar at the top of the page.
- Enter the date range you want to clear emails for (e.g., "from:2022/01/01 to:2022/01/31").
- Press Enter to search for emails within that date range.
- Select all emails in the search results by clicking on the "Select all" checkbox at the top left corner of the page.
- Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu and select "Delete forever".
- Confirm that you want to delete all selected conversations.
Method 3: Delete all emails in a specific folder
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the folder you want to clear (e.g., "Inbox", "Sent", etc.).
- Select all emails in the folder by clicking on the "Select all" checkbox at the top left corner of the page.
- Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu and select "Delete forever".

Method 4: Use the "Empty trash" feature
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Trash" folder.

- Click on the "Empty trash" button.

Note: When you delete emails in Gmail, they are moved to the "Trash" folder. If you want to permanently delete them, you need to empty the trash folder.
