How to clear mails in gmail

Here are the steps to clear emails in Gmail:

Method 1: Delete all emails in a label

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the label you want to clear (e.g., "Inbox", "Spam", etc.).
  3. Click on the "Select all" checkbox at the top left corner of the page.
  4. Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu and select "Delete forever".
  5. Confirm that you want to delete all selected conversations.

Method 2: Delete all emails in a specific date range

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Search" bar at the top of the page.
  3. Enter the date range you want to clear emails for (e.g., "from:2022/01/01 to:2022/01/31").
  4. Press Enter to search for emails within that date range.
  5. Select all emails in the search results by clicking on the "Select all" checkbox at the top left corner of the page.
  6. Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu and select "Delete forever".
  7. Confirm that you want to delete all selected conversations.

Method 3: Delete all emails in a specific folder

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the folder you want to clear (e.g., "Inbox", "Sent", etc.).
  3. Select all emails in the folder by clicking on the "Select all" checkbox at the top left corner of the page.
