How to configure cognizant mail in mobile

To configure Cognizant mail on your mobile device, you'll need to set up your email account using the IMAP or POP3 protocol. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you do so:

For Android Devices:

  1. Open the Gmail app on your Android device.
  2. Tap the three horizontal lines (menu icon) on the top left corner.
  3. Tap "Settings" (gear icon).
  4. Tap "Add account" or "Add email account".
  5. Select "Corporate" or "Microsoft Exchange" (depending on your organization's setup).
  6. Enter your Cognizant email address and password.
  7. Tap "Next" and then "Sign in".
  8. If prompted, select the type of account you want to set up (e.g., IMAP or POP3).
  9. Enter the following settings:
    • IMAP settings:
      • Server: imap.cognizant.com
      • Port: 993
      • Security type: SSL/TLS
    • POP3 settings:
      • Server: pop.cognizant.com
      • Port: 995
      • Security type: SSL/TLS
  10. Tap "Next" and then "Finish".
