IMAP clients

If you're using an IMAP client like Apple Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird, you can set up a rule to delete sent emails using the client's built-in rules feature. The steps may vary depending on the client you're using.

Server-side deletion

Some email providers, like Gmail and Yahoo Mail, offer server-side deletion of sent emails. This means that the emails will be deleted from the server, and you won't be able to recover them even if you use a third-party email client.

To enable server-side deletion, you'll need to check your email provider's settings or contact their support team. For example, in Gmail, you can enable server-side deletion by going to the "Settings" page, clicking on "Filters and Blocked Addresses," and selecting "Delete" as the action for sent emails.

Remember to test your auto-delete rule to ensure it's working correctly and not deleting any important emails.
