- If you're using two-factor authentication (2FA) with your Gmail account, you may need to generate an App Password and use it instead of your regular password.
- You can also set up your Gmail account to use the Gmail app on your iPhone instead of the Mail app. To do this, open the Gmail app, tap on the three horizontal lines (menu icon), and select "Settings". Then, toggle on "Sync Gmail" and "Sync Contacts".
