How to copy a draft in mail and compose
To copy a draft in Mail and Compose on a Mac, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "Duplicate" feature
- Open Mail and select the draft you want to copy.
- Right-click (or Control-click) on the draft in the Mail sidebar.
- From the context menu, select "Duplicate" (or press Command + D).
- A new draft will be created with the same content as the original.
- You can now edit the new draft as needed.
Method 2: Using the "Compose" feature
- Open Mail and select the draft you want to copy.
- Click on the "Compose" button in the Mail toolbar (or press Command + N).
- In the new compose window, click on the "Drafts" tab in the top navigation bar.
- Select the draft you want to copy from the list of drafts.
- Click on the "Copy" button (or press Command + C) to copy the draft's content.
- You can now paste the content into a new email by clicking on the "Paste" button (or pressing Command + V).
