How to create a group in mail app

To create a group in the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:

Method 1: Create a group from the Compose screen

  1. Open the Mail app and tap the "Compose" button (+) in the top right corner.
  2. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to add to the group in the "To" field. You can separate multiple email addresses with commas.
  3. Tap the "Create Group" button at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Enter a name for the group and a brief description (optional).
  5. Tap "Save" to create the group.

Method 2: Create a group from the Contacts app

  1. Open the Contacts app and find the contact you want to add to the group.
  2. Tap the contact's name to open their contact card.
  3. Tap the "Share Contact" button (looks like a box with an arrow).
  4. Tap "Create Group" from the share menu.
  5. Enter a name for the group and a brief description (optional).
  6. Tap "Save" to create the group.
