How to create a mail group in apple mail

To create a mail group in Apple Mail, follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the "New Group" option

  1. Open Apple Mail on your Mac.
  2. Click on the "Mail" menu and select "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + comma).
  3. In the Preferences window, click on the "Accounts" tab.
  4. Select the account you want to create a group for from the list of accounts.
  5. Click on the "Groups" tab.
  6. Click the "+" button at the bottom left corner of the window to create a new group.
  7. Enter a name for your group in the "Group Name" field.
  8. Add the email addresses of the people you want to include in the group by typing them in the "Members" field, separated by commas.
