How to create a new folder in mail on ipad

To create a new folder in the Mail app on your iPad, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Mail app on your iPad.
  2. Tap on the "Mailboxes" tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap on the "Edit" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
  4. Tap on the "New Folder" button at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Enter a name for your new folder in the "New Folder" field.
  6. Tap on the "Save" button to create the new folder.

Alternatively, you can also create a new folder by dragging and dropping emails into a new folder. To do this:

  1. Open the Mail app on your iPad.
  2. Tap on the "Mailboxes" tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap on the folder where you want to create a new subfolder.
  4. Tap and hold on an email until it becomes highlighted.

  2. Tap on the "Mailboxes" tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap on the folder where you want to create a new subfolder.
  4. Tap on the "Edit" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
  5. Tap on the email you want to move.
  6. Tap on the "Move to" button at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Tap on the folder where you want to create the new subfolder.
  8. Tap on the "Move" button to move the email to the new subfolder.
