How to create forward only mail in gsuite

In G Suite, you can create a forward-only email address by setting up a forwarding rule. Here are the steps:

Method 1: Using the G Suite Admin Console

  1. Log in to the G Suite Admin Console with your administrator account.
  2. Go to Apps > G Suite > Email and Drive.
  3. Click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
  4. Click on Add a forwarding address.
  5. Enter the email address you want to forward to (e.g., a personal email address).
  6. Click Add.
  7. In the Forwarding rule section, select Forward to another email address.
  8. Enter the email address you want to forward to (again).
  9. Click Save changes.

Method 2: Using the Gmail settings

  1. Log in to your G Suite account using Gmail.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select See all settings.
  3. Go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
  4. Click on Add a forwarding address.
  5. Enter the email address you want to forward to (e.g., a personal email address).
  6. Click Next.
  7. In the Forwarding rule section, select Forward to another email address.
  8. Enter the email address you want to forward to (again).
  9. Click Save Changes.

Note: When you set up a forwarding rule, all emails sent to the original email address will be forwarded to the new email address. This means that the original email address will not receive any emails, and the emails will only be delivered to the new email address.
