How to deactive automated shopify mail
To deactivate automated Shopify emails, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Disable automated emails for a specific store
- Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
- Go to Settings > Notifications.
- Click on the Automated emails tab.
- Click on the Edit button next to the email you want to disable.
- Toggle the Enabled switch to Off.
- Click Save.
Method 2: Disable automated emails for a specific customer group
- Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
- Go to Customers > Customer groups.
- Click on the customer group you want to disable automated emails for.
- Click on the Edit button.
