How to deactive automated shopify mail

To deactivate automated Shopify emails, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Disable automated emails for a specific store

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
  2. Go to Settings > Notifications.
  3. Click on the Automated emails tab.
  4. Click on the Edit button next to the email you want to disable.
  5. Toggle the Enabled switch to Off.
  6. Click Save.

Method 2: Disable automated emails for a specific customer group

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
  2. Go to Customers > Customer groups.
  3. Click on the customer group you want to disable automated emails for.
  4. Click on the Edit button.
