How to deleate all mails at once
The joys of cleaning out your inbox!
To delete all emails at once, you can follow these steps:
Gmail:
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Inbox" tab.
- Click on the "Select all conversations in the current search results" checkbox at the top left corner of the page.
- Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu and select "Delete".
- Confirm that you want to delete all selected conversations by clicking "OK" in the pop-up window.
Outlook:
- Log in to your Outlook account.
- Click on the "Inbox" folder.
- Press the "Ctrl+A" keys on your keyboard to select all emails in the folder.
- Right-click on one of the selected emails and select "Delete" from the context menu.
- Confirm that you want to delete all selected emails by clicking "OK" in the pop-up window.
Yahoo Mail:
- Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
- Click on the "Inbox" tab.
- Click on the "Select all" checkbox at the top left corner of the page.
- Click on the "Delete" button at the top of the page.
- Confirm that you want to delete all selected emails by clicking "OK" in the pop-up window.
Other email providers:
The steps may vary slightly depending on your email provider. However, the general idea is to select all emails in the inbox folder and then delete them.
Important note:
Before deleting all emails at once, make sure you have backed up your important emails or moved them to a separate folder. Deleting all emails can be a permanent action, and you may not be able to recover them if you need to.
