How to delete all e mails in one click

The eternal quest for a clutter-free inbox!

Unfortunately, there isn't a universal "one-click" solution to delete all emails in one go across all email providers. However, I can guide you through the process for popular email services:

Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the upper right corner.
  3. Select "See all settings."
  4. Scroll down to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  5. Click on the "Create a new filter" button.
  6. In the "From" field, enter @* (this will match all emails).
  7. Click on the "Create filter" button.
  8. In the "Apply the label" dropdown, select "Delete it."
  9. Click on the "Create" button.

Outlook

  1. Log in to your Outlook account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the upper right corner.
  3. Select "View all Outlook settings."
  4. Scroll down to the "Mail" tab.
  5. Click on the "Rules" button.
  6. Click on the "New rule" button.
  7. Select "Move messages from someone to a folder" and click "Next."
  8. In the "From" field, enter @* (this will match all emails).
  9. Click on the "Next" button.
  10. Select "Delete it" as the action and click "Finish."

Yahoo Mail

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the upper right corner.
  3. Select "Settings."
  4. Scroll down to the "Filters" tab.
  5. Click on the "New filter" button.
  6. In the "From" field, enter @* (this will match all emails).
  7. Click on the "Create filter" button.
  8. Select "Delete" as the action and click "Save."

Other email providers

For other email providers, such as AOL, Hotmail, or ProtonMail, you may need to follow similar steps or consult their documentation for specific instructions.
