How to delete all mails from one sender gmail

To delete all emails from one sender in Gmail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the "Search" function

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the search bar at the top of the page.
  3. Type the following search query: from:[email protected] (replace [email protected] with the email address of the sender you want to delete emails from).
  4. Press Enter to execute the search.
  5. In the search results, check the box at the top left corner of the page to select all emails.
  6. Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu and select "Delete forever".

Method 2: Using the "Labels" feature

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Labels" tab on the left side of the page.
  3. Click on the "New label" button.
  4. Enter a name for the label (e.g. "Delete me").
  5. Click on the "Create" button.
  6. Go back to your inbox and search for emails from the sender you want to delete emails from using the search query from:[email protected].
  7. Check the box at the top left corner of the page to select all emails.
  8. Click on the "More" menu and select "Apply label".
  9. Select the label you created in step 4 (e.g. "Delete me").
  10. Click on the "Apply" button.
  11. Go to the "Labels" tab and find the label you created.
  12. Click on the "Trash" icon next to the label to delete all emails labeled with that label.

Method 3: Using the "Filter" feature

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab on the left side of the page.
  3. Click on the "Create a new filter" button.
  4. Enter the following criteria:
    • From: [email protected] (replace [email protected] with the email address of the sender you want to delete emails from)
    • Apply the label: "Delete me" (create a new label if you haven't already)
  5. Click on the "Create" button.
  6. Gmail will automatically apply the filter to all future emails from that sender.
  7. To delete all existing emails from that sender, go to the "Labels" tab and find the label you created.
