How to delete all mails together

To delete all emails together, you can follow these steps:

Gmail:

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Check the box at the top left corner of the page to select all emails.
  4. Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu and select "Delete".
  5. Confirm that you want to delete all selected emails.

Outlook:

  1. Log in to your Outlook account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Check the box at the top left corner of the page to select all emails.
  4. Right-click on the selected emails and choose "Delete".
  5. Confirm that you want to delete all selected emails.

Yahoo Mail:

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Check the box at the top left corner of the page to select all emails.
  4. Click on the "Actions" dropdown menu and select "Delete".
  5. Confirm that you want to delete all selected emails.

Other email providers:

The steps may vary slightly depending on your email provider. However, the general process is usually the same:

  1. Log in to your email account.
  2. Select all emails by checking the box at the top left corner of the page.
  3. Right-click on the selected emails and choose "Delete" or "Delete all".
  4. Confirm that you want to delete all selected emails.

Important note:

Before deleting all emails, make sure you have backed up your important emails or moved them to a separate folder. Deleting all emails at once is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
