How to delete all the data from the apple mail

To delete all data from Apple Mail on your Mac or iOS device, follow these steps:

On a Mac:

  1. Open Apple Mail on your Mac.
  2. Click on "Mail" in the top menu bar and select "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + Comma).
