How to delete all the mails simultaneously

The eternal quest to declutter our inboxes!

To delete all emails simultaneously, you can follow these steps:

Gmail:

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Click on the "Select all conversations in the current search results" checkbox at the top left corner of the page.
  4. Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu and select "Delete".
  5. Confirm that you want to delete all selected conversations by clicking "OK" in the pop-up dialog box.

Outlook:

  1. Log in to your Outlook account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" folder.
  3. Press "Ctrl+A" to select all emails in the folder.
  4. Right-click on the selected emails and choose "Delete" from the context menu.
  5. Confirm that you want to delete all selected emails by clicking "OK" in the pop-up dialog box.

Yahoo Mail:

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Click on the "Select all" checkbox at the top left corner of the page.
  4. Click on the "Delete" button at the top of the page.
  5. Confirm that you want to delete all selected emails by clicking "OK" in the pop-up dialog box.

Remember to be cautious when deleting multiple emails at once, as you won't be able to recover them if you change your mind. Make sure you're deleting the right emails and that you're not deleting important messages.
