How to delete definitely spam mails roundcube
The never-ending battle against spam!
In Roundcube, you can delete spam emails using the following methods:
Method 1: Using the "Spam" folder
- Log in to your Roundcube webmail account.
- Click on the "Spam" folder in the left-hand menu.
- Select the spam emails you want to delete by checking the boxes next to them.
- Click on the "Delete" button at the top of the page.
Method 2: Using the "Mark as Spam" button
- Log in to your Roundcube webmail account.
- Open the spam email you want to delete.
- Click on the "Mark as Spam" button at the top of the email.
- Confirm that you want to mark the email as spam.
Method 3: Using the "Bulk Actions" feature
- Log in to your Roundcube webmail account.
- Select the spam emails you want to delete by checking the boxes next to them.
- Click on the "Bulk Actions" button at the top of the page.
- Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm that you want to delete the selected emails.
Method 4: Using the "Filter" feature
- Log in to your Roundcube webmail account.
- Click on the "Settings" icon (looks like a gear) in the top-right corner of the page.
- Click on "Filters" from the dropdown menu.
- Create a new filter by clicking on the "New Filter" button.
- Set the filter criteria to "From" or "Subject" and enter the spam email's sender or subject.
- Set the action to "Delete" and save the filter.
- The next time you receive a spam email, it will be automatically deleted based on the filter criteria.
Remember to always be cautious when deleting emails, as you don't want to accidentally delete important emails.
