How to delete email account on mac mail

To delete an email account on a Mac using Mail, follow these steps:

Method 1: Delete an email account from the Mail preferences

  1. Open Mail on your Mac.
  2. Click on "Mail" in the top menu bar and select "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + comma).
  3. In the Mail preferences window, select the account you want to delete from the list of accounts on the left side of the window.
