How to delete email in zoho mail

To delete an email in Zoho Mail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Delete an email from the Inbox

  1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
  2. Go to your Inbox and find the email you want to delete.
  3. Hover your mouse over the email and click on the three vertical dots that appear on the right side of the email.
  4. Click on "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Confirm that you want to delete the email by clicking on "Delete" in the pop-up window.

Method 2: Delete an email from the Trash

  1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
  2. Go to your Trash folder and find the email you want to delete.
  3. Hover your mouse over the email and click on the three vertical dots that appear on the right side of the email.
  4. Click on "Permanently Delete" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Confirm that you want to permanently delete the email by clicking on "Delete" in the pop-up window.

Method 3: Delete multiple emails at once

  1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
  2. Go to your Inbox or Trash folder and select the emails you want to delete by checking the boxes next to them.
  3. Click on the "Actions" dropdown menu at the top of the page.
  4. Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.

Note: When you delete an email in Zoho Mail, it will be moved to the Trash folder. If you want to permanently delete an email, you need to go to the Trash folder and delete it from there.
