How to delete emails in all mail

To delete emails in Gmail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Selective deletion

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab to view your emails.
  3. Check the box next to the email(s) you want to delete.
  4. Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu at the top of the page.
  5. Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
  6. Confirm that you want to delete the selected emails by clicking "OK" in the pop-up window.

Method 2: Mass deletion

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab to view your emails.
  3. Click on the "Select all conversations in the current search" checkbox at the top of the page.
  4. This will select all emails in your inbox.
  5. Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu at the top of the page.
  6. Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
  7. Confirm that you want to delete all selected emails by clicking "OK" in the pop-up window.

Method 3: Using keyboard shortcuts

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Press the "c" key to select all conversations in the current search.
  3. Press the "d" key to delete the selected conversations.
