How to delete gmail mails
Here are the steps to delete Gmail emails:
Method 1: Delete individual emails
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the email you want to delete.
- Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email.
- Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
Method 2: Delete multiple emails at once
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Check the boxes next to the emails you want to delete.
- Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu at the top of the page.
- Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
Method 3: Use the "Shift" key to delete multiple emails
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the first email you want to delete.
- Hold down the "Shift" key and click on the last email you want to delete.
- All the emails between the two selected emails will be highlighted.
- Click on the "Delete" button at the top of the page.
Method 4: Use the "Select all" option
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Select all" checkbox at the top of the page.
- This will select all the emails on the page.
- Click on the "Delete" button at the top of the page.
Method 5: Use the "Empty trash" option
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Trash" label at the top of the page.
- Click on the "Empty trash" button at the top of the page.
- This will permanently delete all the emails in your trash folder.
Note: When you delete an email, it will be moved to your trash folder. If you want to permanently delete an email, you need to empty your trash folder.
