To delete imported mail in Gmail, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Delete individual imported emails
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Inbox" tab.
- Find the imported email you want to delete and click on the checkbox next to it.
- Click on the "More" menu and select "Mark as read" or "Mark as spam" (depending on your preference).
- Alternatively, you can also right-click on the email and select "Mark as read" or "Mark as spam" from the context menu.
Method 2: Delete all imported emails at once
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Inbox" tab.
- Click on the "More" menu and select "Select all conversations in this search" (or press Ctrl+A on Windows or Command+A on Mac).
- Click on the "More" menu and select "Mark as read" or "Mark as spam" (depending on your preference).
