How to delete imported mail in gmail

To delete imported mail in Gmail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Delete individual imported emails

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Find the imported email you want to delete and click on the checkbox next to it.
  4. Click on the "More" menu and select "Mark as read" or "Mark as spam" (depending on your preference).
  5. Alternatively, you can also right-click on the email and select "Mark as read" or "Mark as spam" from the context menu.

Method 2: Delete all imported emails at once

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Click on the "More" menu and select "Select all conversations in this search" (or press Ctrl+A on Windows or Command+A on Mac).
  4. Click on the "More" menu and select "Mark as read" or "Mark as spam" (depending on your preference).
