How to delete mail sent but keep copy in gmail

In Gmail, you can delete a sent email while keeping a copy in your "Sent Mail" folder. Here's how:

Method 1: Using the "Move to" feature

  1. Go to your Gmail inbox and find the sent email you want to delete.
  2. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email.
  3. Select "Move to" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Choose "Sent Mail" from the list of folders.
  5. Click on the "Move" button.
  6. A confirmation dialog box will appear. Click on "Move" again to confirm.

Method 2: Using the "More" menu

  1. Go to your Gmail inbox and find the sent email you want to delete.
  2. Click on the "More" menu at the top right corner of the email.
  3. Select "Mark as read" (or "Mark as unread" if it's already read).
  4. Click on the "More" menu again.
  5. Select "Move to" > "Sent Mail".
  6. Click on the "Move" button.
